Care and substrate tips: For best results, we recommend using a drainage layer of mineral substrate at the bottom of the pot. For the larger pots (from 18 cm), you should choose a substrate with a coarser grain size to prevent it from slipping through the drainage holes. Clean the water reservoir monthly to prevent deposits from building up.
Do I need a wick? As a rule, a wick is not necessary. However, for the two largest pots, a wick can help to transport moisture to the top layers of the substrate.
